Shipping Rates and PoliciesShipping Policies All sales are final. All items have been checked for proper operation, you should check your bird for adjustment, all items have been pre set at the factory, but it is good to be sure. Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are Non-Refundable. To be accepted, all returned products must be conspicuously labeled with a copy of the sales order or invoice. Customer must pack items being returned complete, with all manuals, cables, accessories, etc., as if they were new and working condition. Return shipping costs are at owners expense. Regardless of condition, products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur further physical damage during return shipping. Failure to do so may result in making the return on damage being Unauthorized and/or unmarked returns will not be honored. Quality RC Models will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of any product(s) that it sells. All units must be operated in safe areas, since the rotating blades will cause serious injury. Quality RC Models assume NO responsibility for units used improperly. Quality RC Models reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Orders received by us are processed and shipped the next business day. Shipping is handled by Canada Post for order destinations in Canada. For destinations in the United States, an expidited parcel service is provided. The delivery turn around time varies from next business day to 12 business days, depending on the destination and service option chosen by the customer in the order process. For international destinations, please allow from 4 business days up to 6 weeks, depending on the service chosen by the customer. Any extended delay in our service will be posted on our website at Contact Us. If there is any unexpected delay in the transit time for receiving a parcel, the customer can follow up with Canada Post with the tracking number we email directly to customer, confirming an order is shipped, along with a direct link to their website with contact information.
Return Policy We can accept returns in the event that merchandise is damaged in transit and remains unopened. If merchandise is damaged in transit and remains unopened, replacement merchandise will be provided. Shipping cost for returns are your expense. All units will carry shipping insurance. If opened merchandise is defective, then the manufacturer's warranty applies. All items have been carefully inspected before being packaged and before being shipped, so it should not be a problem. The customer will need to refer to the owner's manual or contact us for information regarding returning the merchandise to the manufacturer. We can not replace defective merchandise that has been opened for any reason, and cannot issue cash refunds under any circumstances.

Backorder Policy If you want to order an item that is out of stock we will do a special order for you and ship it to you with in 2-3 weeks. All special orders must be paid for in advance including shipping.
