Refund Policy ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! . All items have been checked for proper operation, there is no need for adjustment, as all items have been pre set at the factory. Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are Non-Refundable. To be accepted, all returned products must be conspicuously labeled with a copy of the sales order or invoice. Customer must pack items being returned complete, with all manuals, cables, accessories, etc., as if they were new and working condition. Return shipping costs are at owners expense. Regardless of condition, products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur further physical damage during return shipping. Failure to do so may result in making the return on damage being Unauthorized and/or unmarked returns will not be honored. Quality RC Models will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of any product(s) that it sells. All units must be operated in safe areas, since the rotating blades will cause serious injury. Quality RC Models assume NO responsibility for units used improperly. Quality RC Models reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Return Policy We can accept returns in the event that merchandise is damaged in transit and remains unopened. If merchandise is damaged in transit and remains unopened, replacement merchandise will be provided. Shipping cost for returns are your expense. All units will carry shipping insurance. If opened merchandise is defective, then the manufacturer's warranty applies. All items have been carefully inspected before being packaged and before being shipped, so it should not be a problem. The customer will need to refer to the owner's manual or contact us for information regarding returning the merchandise to the manufacturer. We can not replace defective merchandise that has been opened for any reason, and cannot issue cash refunds under any circumstances.
